Switch Celsius to Fahrenheit

1. Thermometer should be shutdown.
2.Press the button "Ear" 8 to 12 seconds till the screen on ---℃.
3.Press the Ear buttons once again.
4.Then the screen will be on ---℉.
the sign will change to ℉. Wait for 5 seconds for the screen to go blank and you are good to go.
